Renée C. Hill, Founding Partner
As an attorney specializing in representing victims of data breaches and cybercrimes in the field of personal data protection, I, Renée C. Hill, am a founding partner at Cyber Law IT. My mission is to fight for justice for those whose personal information has been compromised due to negligence and inadequate data protection by companies.
When an American company is the victim of a hacking attack and its customers' confidential data is leaked online, the question of responsibility often arises. I firmly believe that companies that collect and store our personal data have a tremendous responsibility to protect it. When they fail to meet this obligation and allow a breach to occur, they must be held accountable for the harm caused.
Data breaches can have devastating consequences for victims. This can lead to identity theft, financial loss, damaged credit history, emotional distress, and many other negative outcomes. That's why I am so passionate about fighting for the rights of data breach victims and holding negligent companies accountable.
